Oyster Bay Town Councilman Tom Hand announced today that registration for the Town’s Summer Swim Lessons will begin on Tuesday, May 26th. Councilman Hand said, “Because we live in a Town situated between the Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, water safety is an essential for children and families in the Town of Oyster Bay. This is why our swim lesson program has been such a valued community resource for many years – giving children the opportunity to build confidence, learn and improve swimming skills, and safely enjoy the water under the supervision of American Cross-certified lifeguards.”
