Join us Saturday, January 27th when the Town of Oyster Bay hosts the Annual Long Island Blues Winter Classic for Special Needs Players at the Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Center in Bethpage. There will be four games played with the faceoff for the first game scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Admission is FREE. Please note, the 1 to 3pm public session will take place, but the 3:30 to 5:30pm Public Session will be cancelled that day due to the event. You may instead visit one of our outdoor rinks at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park or Marjorie Post Park in Massapequa.
The Town of Oyster Bay operates three ice skating rinks, conveniently located in Bethpage, Massapequa and Syosset. Massapequa’s outdoor rink is located at Marjorie R. Post Community Park, Merrick and Unqua Roads, Massapequa. Syosset’s outdoor rink is located at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park, 7800 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury. The Town’s indoor rink, the Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Center, is located at Bethpage Community Park, Stewart and Cherry Avenues, Bethpage.
