Saladino Announces Free Concert and Waterfront Festival at TOBAY Beach Marina

Oyster Bay Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino today announced the Town will host a Free Family-Fun Waterfront Festival and Free Concert on Sunday, September 12th, at the Joseph J. Saladino Memorial Marina at TOBAY Beach. In addition to the free concert featuring Jimmy Kenny and the Pirate Beach Band, the ultimate beach party tribute band to Jimmy Buffet, Kenny Chesney, and the Zac Brown Band, the day of free family fun will feature marine and outdoor exhibits, a children’s snapper derby, police boat demonstrations and much more! The festival will run from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date for the festival will be Sunday, September 19th.

“The Town is thrilled to host the annual Waterfront Festival and free concert at our beautiful marina at TOBAY Beach. This event is the perfect blend of family fun and entertainment, as it will not only feature educational exhibits for our younger residents, but also represents an opportunity to enjoy some live music at the beach before the summer season concludes,” Supervisor Saladino said. “This free event also provides a great opportunity to introduce children to the wonderful recreational sport of fishing, as the event is free, and all equipment will be provided, as well as assistance and guidance.”
