On Monday, August 28, Oyster Bay Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino, Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman, and Massapequa Park Village Mayor Danny Pearl invite residents to gather along Park Blvd in Massapequa Park to cheer on the 12-year-old Massapequa International Little League Softball Team as they celebrate an amazing victory in the Little League World Series. These inspirational hometown athletes became the first New York Team to ever win the Little League Softball World Championship.

The parade will kick off at 5:30 pm at Brady Park, proceeding down Park Blvd, and concluding at the Massapequa Park Village Hall. An award ceremony will immediately follow the parade outside Village Hall at 6:00 pm.
