Supervisor Saladino stated, “Many people are facing a great hardship through unemployment at this time as all non-essential businesses are closed, but hope is around the corner as we continue to fight this pandemic together.  As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be felt by businesses and prospective jobseekers alike, the present time is as good as any to review and improve your resume with the help of the Massapequa Career Center.  Our employees are ready to help!”

Residents looking to consult with the Massapequa Career Center on how best to update their resume to avoid such pitfalls as inclusion of inappropriate information or irrelevant information and work history are urged to email their resume to jsarcone@oysterbay-ny.gov.  Professionals will review resumes and contact residents with tips on how to best improve their resume to make it as presentable as possible for future job opportunities.
