TOWN PARKS
With over 235 individual park parcels throughout the Town of Oyster Bay, the Parks Department handles the awesome responsibility of operating and maintaining more than 1,000 acres of park land. A myriad of facilities are available for our residents with amenities ranging from children’s play areas and ball fields to swimming pools and ice rinks. Children’s playground, swimming pool with diving area, kiddie wading pool, cafe with outside tables, 4 tennis courts, 1 basketball court. 2 handball courts, 1 horseshoe pit, indoor, year-round ice skating rink. Please note that some parts of park are closed for renovation.
Borella Field
Plainview Road, Plainview, NY 11803 – 10.27 acres
This complex features two Little League diamonds and one regulation diamond, as well as one soccer field.
Cpl. Kevin T. Kolm Memorial Park
The intersection of Old Country Road and Plainview Road, Hicksville, NY 11801 – 3.5 acres
Provides a regulation soccer field with a FieldTurf surface for local leagues and a playground.
Ellsworth W. Allen Park – (516) 755-1842

Children’s play areas, basketball court, 2 handball courts, 3 lighted tennis courts, lighted synthetic multi-use fields for soccer, football and lacrosse, softball and baseball field (lighted), picnic area, Spray Park.
Field of Dreams

This sports complex comprises two state-of-the-art, multi-use lighted playing fields, a practice field, a basketball court, playground and restrooms.
Haypath Park

Includes playground area with inclusive playground built especially for children with special needs; community center.
H. Garrick Williams Park

Playground, pickleball and basketball courts; community room.
John A. Walker Memorial Park

This facility provides a lighted, multi-use field (baseball, football, soccer and lacrosse) with a FieldTurf surface, a playground and restrooms.

Children’s play areas, picnic area with barbecue grills, 6 tennis courts, 6 handball courts, basketball court, lakeside walking area, swimming pool, diving pool, kiddie wading pool, ice skating rink (seasonal), roller hockey rink, bocce ball court, volleyball court, pre-school run by the Department of Community & Youth Services.
Plainedge Park

90 ft. baseball diamond, 60-75 ft. baseball diamond, multi-purpose field (football/soccer/lacrosse), 60 ft. baseball diamond and children’s playground. Also location of Brian Moore Athletic Center.

Robbins Lane Community Park

Multi-purpose turf field for soccer and lacrosse, playground.

Children’s play area, picnic area with barbecue grills, basketball court, bocce court, 4 handball courts, shuffleboard courts, 5 tennis courts, swimming pool with diving area, kiddie wading pool (seasonal), ice skating rink, 1 softball field, 1 Little League field, 1 multi-use turf field (baseball/softball, football/lacrosse/soccer), nature trail.

Bathing in Oyster Bay Harbor; pavilion; refreshment stand; picnic areas; tennis, handball and basketball courts; softball fields; children play areas; picnic area; launching ramps; 97-slip boat basin; Dingy racks. Field Reservations
The Permits Division coordinates scheduling for all playing fields, which must be reserved for use during their seasons. Residency requirements must be met. For information, call (516) 797-4120.

Meeting Room Reservations
The Permits Division handles reservations for meeting rooms at the following locations:

- Plainview-Old Bethpage Community Center at Haypath Park
These rooms are available free of charge, to non-profit community and youth organizations. For reservations please call (516) 797-4120

Picnic Pavilion Reservation Permits
APPLY FOR A PICNIC PERMIT
You must create an account on the Town of Oyster Bay Park’s Portal in order to complete the permit request. Please call (516) 797-4139 for more information and if you have further questions.
Picnic Permits are required for groups of 25 or more at all Town of Oyster Bay picnic pavilion locations. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend reserving your picnic pavilion as soon as reservations are open for the season. Permits include exclusive use of the permitted area from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
