Following the overwhelming feedback the Town has received from our residents regarding the Proposed Premium Parking Plan, the Town Board will no longer be considering this proposal.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to law, the public hearing scheduled to be held before the Town Board, in the Hearing Room, Town Hall, East Building, Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York, on the 10th day of January, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as practicable, to consider the following amendment to the Code of the Town of Oyster Bay, in the matter set forth hereinafter: PROPOSED LOCAL LAW, entitled “A LOCAL LAW TO CREATE A PREMIUM PARKING PROGRAM IN THE TOWN OF OYSTER BAY” has been CANCELLED.  TOWN BOARD OF TOWN OF OYSTER BAY.
