Please be advised:
The Town of Oyster Bay Dog Park has now been winterized for the season. While the dog park is still open for the enjoyment of the dogs and their owners, water services will not be available at the facility during the cold weather months. Please keep in mind that during extreme weather and ice/salt conditions that may pose a threat to our furry friends, the dog park is subject to closure.
This facility is situated on a 5.2 acre wooded parcel bordered by Clocks Boulevard on the west, East Pine Street on the south and County Line Road on the east (entrance to the dog park is on Clocks Boulevard). The Town of Oyster Bay Dog Park is over an acre of park space for your pooch to play with, leaving plenty of woods around to serve as a buffer for adjacent properties.
For the safety of the pets, there are separate caged runs for both large dogs and small dogs. Decorative benches at the park provide a well-deserved rest for pet owners. Plenty of shaded areas are provided, including two sun shelters for the animals to cool off. In addition, a set of dog park rules are clearly displayed at the dog park to promote safe and healthy interaction among the dogs at the park. These guidelines are in place for the protection of less aggressive dogs and to ensure a pleasant experience for both dogs and their owners. Hours of operation are from dawn to dusk. Please note: For the safety and best interest of the dogs, the dog park may close in cases of extreme weather conditions.
